  • Excluded: Tourist taxe 0,85 euros per person per day (from 18 years up)<\/li>\n
  • The rental of the holiday home is from Saterday 16.00 hours till next Saterday 10.00 hours. Rental of<\/span> a set of sheets<\/span> 12 euros<\/span> per person<\/span> and a set of towels 8 euros<\/span> per<\/span> person. Cleaning end of stay in july and august included<\/span><\/span>. If you rent a holiday home for two weeks there is a 40 euros discount on the second week. Tourist taxe 0,80 euros per person per day (from 18 years up)<\/li>\n

    Conditions for reservations:<\/h3>\n

    For each reservation we request a prepayment of 30%. Your reservation is confirmed when we have received your prepayment.\u00a0 For the holidayhomes: 4 weeks before arrival the whole amount has to be settled together with a 150 euros bail. We maintain the right to cancel your reservation if you do not meet these conditions.<\/p>\n

    We advice you to take an assurance for cancellation. In case of a cancellation the cancellation costs are untill 6 weeks prior to arrival 25% of the reservation, between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival 50% and between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival 75% of the reservation.
