Below you will find the rates of our guestrooms and holiday homes.

• Rates are per room breakfast included
• Excluded: Tourist taxe 0,85 euros per person per day (from 18 years up)
• The rental of the holiday home is from Saterday 16.00 hours till next Saterday 10.00 hours. Rental of a set of sheets 12 euros per person and a set of towels 8 euros per person. Cleaning 50 euros. Cleaning end of stay in july and august included. If you rent a holiday home for two weeks there is a 40 euros discount on the second week. Tourist taxe 0,85 euros per person per day (from 18 years up)

Dogs

Dogs are not admitted

Conditions for reservations:

For each reservation we request a prepayment of 30%. Your reservation is confirmed when we have received your prepayment.  For the holidayhomes: 4 weeks before arrival the whole amount has to be settled together with a 150 euros bail. We maintain the right to cancel your reservation if you do not meet these conditions.

We advice you to take an assurance for cancellation. In case of a cancellation the cancellation costs are untill 6 weeks prior to arrival 25% of the reservation, between 6 and 4 weeks prior to arrival 50% and between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival 75% of the reservation. Between 2 weeks and the date of arrival you owe us the whole amount.
